Mission Statement:
The China Emergency Services Assessment Committee is established to perform a comprehensive, objective evaluation of the Town’s fire and ambulance services. The Committee will determine whether the existing volunteer model continues to provide the highest level of public safety, or whether transitioning to a municipal or hybrid structure would improve service quality, operational resilience, and long-term sustainability.
